In iOS, you do not have true file structure, you can access a file via a supported app. In your Photos app all videos stay under the album Video.

You can certainly save the videos in another supported app. Or you can just keep them in Photos , and organize them in new albums if you like, it is just like folders. How can I move a whole folder to my iPad hard drive? I have many files and it would take hours to move all the files. Plus I want to refresh these files from my Windows computer every few weeks.
