I simply copy and paste the link in Firefox and download the file. Bu not everyone will want to install another browser just to download PDF files. Or perhaps you want to share a page with others after making a few annotations and such. You can also do that on mobile devices. But rather than sharing links to any third-party apps or services and converting web pages to PDFs that way, what I will show you only require the use of native functionality on both platforms.

On the iPhone and iPad, Chrome can appear too simplistic. Instead, Chrome requires that you perform a certain two-fingered gesture to do the job instead.

Step 1: Open a web page that you want to convert. Once it finishes loading, tap the Share icon to the upper-right corner of the Chrome address bar. You can then specify whatever app that you want the PDF to load in. There are still a ton of other stuff that you can do with the Files app. Moving your PDFs between cloud-storages, renaming them to whatever you want, or tagging files from multiple locations is made trivial by this phenomenal addition to iOS And, it's loads better than any of the dedicated cloud-storage apps on your device, so make sure to take maximum advantage of it.

No more messing around with hidden options on obscure Print menus or copying links over to Safari. Phew …. PDF editing apps can be used o add additional text, comments, or for adding annotations.
